What we do

You tell us about your building: what it is, roughly how big, and how often you want it cleaned. We send that request to one commercial cleaning company that serves your area. They contact you, walk through the building and send you a written proposal. You decide whether to hire them.

We publish typical monthly cleaning costs for cities across the U.S. so you have a sense of the price before anyone visits. Here's how we estimate them.

How we make money

The service is free for you. Cleaning companies pay us for introductions. That doesn't change what you pay them, and you're never obliged to accept a proposal.

What we don't do

We don't clean buildings, and we don't license, inspect or insure the companies we introduce. Before you hire any cleaning company, ask for its certificate of insurance and references. Our hiring guide lists the questions to ask.
