A 10,000 sq ft office cleaned three times a week costs about $1,350 a month at the median U.S. metro area.
The same office costs about $1,800 a month in Seattle, WA; Boston, MA and Longview, WA, and $1,000 in Shreveport, LA: an 80% gap, almost all of it the local janitor wage.
Cleaning five nights a week costs about 4.2 times as much as once a week, not five times.
A small office (2,500 sq ft) cleaned once a week costs about $325 a month almost anywhere, because most companies charge about $75 a visit at minimum.

A 10,000 sq ft office cleaned three times a week costs about $1,400 CAD a month in the median Canadian city we price.
It costs about $1,850 CAD in Whitehorse, YT, and $1,300 CAD in Edmonton, AB; Winnipeg, MB; Halifax, NS and 7 more: a 42% gap.
